Who we are

What we collect

  • Enquiries. When you use a contact or consultation form we collect your name, email, and anything else you choose to enter, such as company, phone, service of interest and project details.
  • Technical data. Our web server and hosting provider process IP addresses and request data in standard server logs to deliver the site and block abusive traffic. This site does not use an analytics tool.
  • Free tools. When you use a free tool that checks or recovers a web page, the address you enter is sent to our server so it can fetch that page. We do not store the address or the results.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project.
  • To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use enquiry details to train AI models.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the site and handle enquiries, such as our hosting and email providers. They process data on our instructions. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we take steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted, unless they lead to a project, in which case they are kept for as long as needed for that engagement and our legal obligations.

Your rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) you can ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent for its use. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store small preferences locally, such as whether a menu was open.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
